Aaron sandilands apparently offered a 3 year 3.6 million deal by Gold Coast.
Pretty good when he will be 33 when he starts there.

On SEN the other day the hosts were adamant that GWS went hard in the off-season at Stevie J with a 5 year $800k/season deal, with picks 4 and 7 to the Cats. Similar situation to Sandy, hard to see SJ playing in 5 years time.

Any truth to the rumour that Ablett re injured his shoulder?

The Red (injury) cap was removed at Suns training and he participated in full contact drills and picked up possessions at will. The rumour that Ablett had re-injured his shoulder came from Wayne Carey and has been proven to be false.
