I admire a politician who can admit the opposition has a good policy. Rather see that than a political party flog an idea that is just stupid as they usually do.

Its good politics.

This will remove a point of difference with the Libs.

Any votes Labor will lose over it, will only go to the Greens.

And the Greens will still preference Labor.
