Rangers in Scotland was a pretty amazing situation. I haven't caught up with them recently, but they were dropped from the premier division, with the /one of the largest supporter bases and largest stadium to the 3rd division where crowd sizes would sometimes on a good day rival a South Adelaide home game.
Last I heard they were winning every game and moving up quickly.
