Finished Ep 6 last night. I feel all I do while watching this show is shake my head

The biggest part of this conspiracy (and there's ALOT of evidence to suggest conspiracy) is deputy sheriff colborn calling in Teresa's Toyota RAV4 for a plate check on the 3rd of November, three days after she was last seen and when the car wasn't even found by a search party until two days later! When the defense presented this radio call to court, colborns face was covered in fear

The whole thing stinks. Maybe stretch your neck before you get to the appeals part. I think its in episode 9 or 10.

an article on Making a Murderer, just one of many that suggest not everything was produced to the viewers to make a decision on his innocence or not.

so I read numerous articles after watching the first episode, and thought this is a waste of time, however the Mrs wanted to continue with it.

for those that are familiar with Serial and Undisclosed, podcasts about Adnan Syed, then this case, I find is very similar to that. Similar in that Cops wanted quick answers to help calm down the community and Avery, like Syed seemed like easy targets.

Ive sat through about 6 episodes, im not sure if he is innocent or guilty, but one thing is that he was part of a corrupt law enforcement regime, which just makes you shake your head, and no matter how good his lawyer was for his first offence he was never going to get off!

Irrespective of all the evidence at trial(s) and what we may or may not have been shown, it never seemed at any point that Avery was afforded the presumption of innocence.

Can't remember if I said this earlier, but fans of MAM should also have a look at "The Jinx" - a similar review of a guy who might or might not be a killer, but it's less parochial in its tone.

Definitely an awesome show.
Just surprises me how many people sign petitions and call for his release based on a documentary based from the side of the defendant.

Just as dodgy as the sherrifs office...

Guilty or innocent should have been a mistrial after the first week

Being dodgy inbreds is very different from being a rapist and murderer.

I've read a few recent interviews with Len Kachinsky, and he still seems oblivious to the damage he did to Brendans case.

He's claiming he never thought he was guilty, but thought the jury would never believe him, so taking the plea would be better for him.

He also says that he instructed his client to testify against Steven Avery, to get a reduced sentence.

The thing about that last part is, if you think he's innocent, it means you don't think he was there for the killing, which means he would have nothing to testify to in Steven Avery's trial.

The law firm he was partner in has dropped his name from the company name, as well as deleted his profile from their website. I don't think too many people will be calling him to represent them.

Might be a bit behind the times considering I don't have Fox and go through Netflix series as I come across them, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, anyone else got hooked on that show?

Yep, love it, reckon it's hilarious. Can't wait for season three to come out.
