James Brayshaw ? Not sure what he did wrong

Me neither - let's see amongst other things...
Led the "Keep North, South" charge, resisting the AFL's want for us to relocate to the Gold Coast & securing our future in Melbourne
Has all but wiped one of the biggest club debts in the league, we now trade yearly with a handsome profit
Oversaw the upgrade of the Arden Street training facilities, now one of the most modern going around
Continued to secure big name major sponsors & countless corporate partners in a cut throat market
Should I go on?
(Also it is not widely known the amount of his own money he's tipped in to the club with no fanfare or publicity)

Brad Scott - 2 straight Prelims, apart from Hawthorn no one's done better the last 2 years*
* I am not accepting making prelims as being successful, simply making a point.

Without doubt Brayshaw has done a good job at North. I don't even get the criticism about his media work either, but that's a separate issue. As far as his tenure as president has gone, would be impossible to point to someone who had a better result. He also did it without stomping over the rest of the comp like Eddie did with Collingwood.

Great win by Melbourne. Looking more likely that Hawks will finish around 6th and gunna be hard to win a flag from there.

What? They're a game clear on top & have got North, West Coast & Collingwood. Dont see them losing any of those so should remain top.
Remember last year they got smashed by West Coast in week 1 of the finals & were written off. It's theirs to lose.

They won't be top 4. West coast will do em in over there and their poor percentage will hurt them. Mark my word

Think you are onto something here BC. The Hawks are undoubtedly the worst ever 3 peat premiers to be sitting on top of the ladder after 20 rounds. Disgraceful.
