Cheers DOC, sounds like wise advice.

Despite having made a 'Genius Bar' reservation (whatever the **** that means) several days in advance in order for the cracked screen on my wife's new iPhone to be fixed, I was left waiting for about half an hour before one of their hipster staff was able to come over and serve me (having been told initially someone would be over in about 5 minutes). It was clear I was sitting in their equivalent of a waiting room among other random drops ins. An apology over the time taken would've been nice, but none was forthcoming.
I thought the point of a 'reservation' was to reserve a specific time of the day in which you would be attended to? Obviously not. Up yours, Apple Store. I'll tell you where you can store your apples. Rant over.

Did they get to the core of your problem? Leaving you hanging like that would’ve made you look like a right Gala(h). No doubt things were a bit orchard...

No, but I was sitting next to a pink lady.
