All my 4 brews are ready for bottling.
Im only ready to bottle 2 of them.... lol. Need to sanitise another 60 bottles.

Big w have discounts on the range of homebrew.
Ive picked up
2 x thomas coopers pale ale
1 x amber ale.

I also grabbed the brew enhancer 3. Never used it but assume its more malt based then the others and will use that in one of the pale ale brews.

Just gotta get another can. Thinking of either an IPA or a lawn mower beer using the Cerveza can.

Put down an amber ale and another of the Tom Cooper Pale

I put one of the bottles in the freezer that has only been in there for 6 days...

Not surprising there is a lack of carbonation....however the flavour is actually very nice. Looking forward to this being near its prime at Xmas

Bottled a U Brew It original on Saturday.

Alsatian, a golden ale, full bodied, a lazy 6.4%,

Put down an experimental beer....

I put down a Coopers Pale Ale on the yeast cake of a euro lager which i just bottled up.
I used up 600g of wheat malt i had left and whacked in 1kg of dextrose and went to 17L.

Have another 2 brews to bottle.
Once they are all done in the next coupla weeks im going to put down a brewery worth of dark ale and stout with Chocolate grains.

Thought id try a two can brew.
Thomas cooper pale ale + aust pale ale can.
I had both in a saucepan to try and get some more bitterness from the hops already in the cans. Also added some leftover dextrose....just to get rid of it. Bottling day should be around Aust Day.

Got 3 more to bottle up. Including the two can that was done last week.
Plan to bottle those by end of january.

Then it will be stout and dark ale time.

Min of 120L of it to brew up. All will have choc grains through it and may add some hops to a couple.

If i give them 6 weeks in the fv they should be in prime by end of may.
