Trade + Draft Period 2018

To claim McGovern is leaving Adelaide due to "the direction the club is taking" and then nominate Carlton as his preferred destination is, in every sense, bullshit.

Adelaide have every right to be as hard as they want on McGovern and Carlton. Actually, this is the bloke Walker should be ringing and giving a spray.

McGovern = shit bloke.

To be honest, there is only one direction that Carlton can go in.

I guess I'll be seeing new side tarps on the trucks at work now.

His meeting with Swans heirachy was delayed as they were still showing Gaff, Shiel, May & Lynch around the place...

TRADE NEWS

Sydney is eyeing a trade for North Melbourne midfielder Ryan Clarke after touring the young Roo through its facilities this week.

AFL.com.au understands Clarke is investigating his options and the potential of a move to the Swans, with the 21-year-old's contract at Arden Street set to expire on October 31.
