I imagine Valleys & Schmiffies so far ahead of the rest they may just cancel the prelims.

Smithfield & Hope Valley are coming from a fair way back to catch the other Finalist of last year. History also tells you at least 1 of the sides coming down a grade, will perform well the following year. With sides coming i think you find it will be a very close division, a lot like division 4 was last year.

CBC were the only side streets ahead last year, and Heccies/Ingle Farm the only sides at the other end of the spectrum.

1 of the teams coming down are always competitive, Eastern Park are coming down after winning 9 games, have lost a few players but have picked up lot of players, so we have to wait and see.

Hope Valley lost about 8 games last year by 50p to 110p to teams like CBC,Lockleys,Kenilworth,Woodville South, BfOSFC,Pulteney.
Hope Valley should play finals and then see what happens from there.
