According to historian Niall Ferguson: "of the 125 major European wars fought since 1495, the French have participated in 50 – more than Austria (47) and England (43). Out of 168 battles fought since 387 BC, they have won 109, lost 49 and drawn 10", making France the most successful military power in European history—in terms of number of fought and won.

The initial statement was “mechanical issues” but seems a huge coincidence and Jordanian news are saying that it was possibly shot down by accident from an Iranian missile

Iran says it has "concluded" its response to the killing of its general, indicating that it is hoping the U.S. will not respond to the recent attack

Agreed, I think it was a victim of wrong place and wrong time, the reason for the missile being in the air remains the same. One fat orange **** with a tiny dick and massive ego.

How does this happen accidently? We probably will never know but its staggering that an error like this is made.

Surface to air missiles can be aimed at aircraft with tracking devices, the Iranian may have thought it was a US fighter coming to get them.

Surely the bare minimum requirement for that technology is that it can clearly identify the difference between a passenger and fighter aircraft.
