Really? Is this what it’s come to?
As has been shown with continued racial abuse, all clubs have an element of dickhead supporters.
I believe the club has issues an apology and is using the Police and other powers to out these supporters and memberships will be revoked if they are members

I don’t take it As aslight against the Bombers Jim and most reasonably minded supporters shouldn’t either. As you’ve saId, every club has its dickhead supporters and that’s who the ire should/would be aimed at.

F**K the AFL and their F****KED up HTB interpretation. The green maggots have absolutely NFI and feel for the game. Carlton guy takes the ball and within 0.0000001 of a second is bear hugged with 0.00000000 % opportunity to dispose of it. GM pays HTB and then gifts the Weagles a goal by giving 50 when the Carlton bloke questions it. "No genuine attempt" the umpire blurts. What a F*****G joke this game has become. Havent been to an AFL game for 4 years and never will with the shit they dish up.

Eagles had a good few mins with the umpires. A HTB that wasn't paid against them that led to the Kennedy goal then the HTB 15m from goal....

Can someone talk me through Polec’s effort in the last 20 s?

I’ll let jones win the footy when it’s a 50:50, then I’ll have no intent to shut him down, nekminit mark and shot on goal for Melb.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

There was one the other night against Essendon that was abysmal, his team mate handballed it to him and he was tackled front on immediately and got done HTB.

Reckon the umps are as confused as the rest of us. They are following the directives given by the umps boss, you'd hope. Even so they have gone from not paying holding the ball, to crucifying the bloke who goes and gets the pill...... Isn't that the whole idea of the game, get your hands on the knacker?

It makes it harder to umpire at community level as the players and spectators think we have the same rules and interpretations.

It is if you play for Richmond.

Most junior and womens comps in SA now have the last possession rule.

Makes sense, Victorians are slow to adapt.
