I’m not sure how you can say HQ had nothing to do with it when genomic tracing has pinpointed nearly all cases back to the Rydges hotel. My point is that source irrelevant, compared to delayed lockdown and inadequate contact tracing. The issue is not that a security guard became a super-spreader, but that there was not aggressive cluster management and safeguards for high-risk settings.
