The Thompson appointment smells like a club trying to attract a great back and with little credentials. That rarely works and Centrals are in no position to be going backwards.

Who's Thompson.

Only drinking piss is what I’m hearing.
He’ll get more coin in the ammo’s(not that coin is an issue for him) but a lot less hours of commitment being the main thing.

The Panthers are seriously in to Gibbs and Tiger officials are filthy. He could be playing the two clubs off against each other to get more coin. Never trust a panther as the Eagles found out. But then, Broadbent didn't get the premiership he could have had at the Eagles, but might have got more coin.

Surely no coin changed hands for Season 2020. Unless it was silver, of course.

With the proposed marquis player to get announced, Gibbs would be perfect for SA and the SANFL. Club too long without premiership.

Agree, Gibbs would be a great get, South, Glenelg, or otherwise.

Good to see some father-son stuff in our comp, keeps the history alive (even if the father-son consideration is or isn't the reason).

A condition of his contract at The Bay (both in capitals, Spargo? I presume it's because the phrase is trademarked) should be that once a game he does a drop-kick out from full-back. ;)

Gibbs to Brighton I’ve heard

A few heading back to cdfc I hear. It Looks as if the salary cap reduction hasn’t caused to many issues at this stage.

Grrrrrr! Really not looking forward to next season.

Return of Crows and Power Reserves and no players left at Centrals.

Cheer up, Groucho, we just recruited the Wendland triplets today. :)

the what?
Also, one of the Neagles has returned.

Wendlands are signed up by the female Doggies.

Jaxon AND Matt Neagle both will return for next season.
The Kelly boys will stay.
Thomas Graham stay (big potential).
So thats a pretty decent DAD line up...

Sam Hanna not returning.

It's a pity Jyden Neagle not returning.
So is Graham staying or are you just hoping he stays.
Is Jack Toner staying?.
We've already lost 3 tall fwds so hopefully they have some replacements in mind.

Graham is staying. Big upside around him. He will play plenty of league next year.
I believe Toner is staying.

We have some tall targets who are at least willing to have a chat with the Club in next couple of weeks.
