Their bowler then says to me "How about you go back and tell your missus to put her woodstock down and shove another needle in her eye", it didn't end well from there.[/quote]

yea I'm not sure it gets that personal with MSCC.... I hate the "cheat" word but it is the only way to describe them. Also if you are able to translate some of the things that are said on the field which the majority cant it also gets pretty personal but no one realises is it.

Regardless of the situation or circumstances, I’m sure there are more formal ways to lodge a report and deal with matters. Should’ve finished the game then put a report in.

Carrn Bedge.

Flat out wasn't an option, for all involved.

They haven't been awarded the "win" at this stage, and we've had our "docked" point for forfeiting given back to us.

Make of that what you will.

I've only played the one game against a total one race team and despite all the stories I'd heard about them, I found them great to play against apart from their constant appealing and I didn't know whether they were paying me out or being nice to me.

It was the last game I played and it was the only game that I've played in the same team as my youngest so and daughter, I did alright just quietly too.

A lot of people are gonna laugh if the answers yes.
Some of our elder statesmen, still playing, and know what the spirit if cricket means would think that's joke of the day!
When blokes who have played a lot of A grade cricket tell you its their worst cricketing experience ever, you start to worry.

The 20/20 announcement just then on Facebook is a bit strange.... I would have held off till after the government's presser today to find out about the restrictions and if they will ease. there is a good chance that they won't ease them in my opinion

Yesterday I would have agreed that easing was in doubt, however having thought a bit more about what's transpired with the Woody High student and reading between the lines of the press conference I'm less concerned that we have a serious issue and more relaxed about it all. I think we will have relax restrictions, all be it with the ones at commercial venues being tied to using the QR codes, etc.

I suspect the announcement was more around clubs that kept asking David what's going on so he put out a blanket message that he's been telling individuals for a week, we are planning on playing Dec 1 and unless there is an announcement delaying the rollback of the restrictions introduced on Nov 16th then we should be playing cricket.

The rain on the other hand looks likely to cause just as much of an issue!

Unlikely I would think given Office of Rec Sport and Sports SA have both put out notifications today that we are on tomorrow.

Rain finished by 9am, strong winds tomorrow, grounds with curators available during the afternoon tomorrow should get away. Those preparing decks tonight and leaving them and hoping for the best, they are going to be in doubt I would suspect.
