I have to say the DP does have some issues .
1 the night game at Norwood oval it got stuck on showing us the women’s ring or medal for the GF
2 some of the commentary is like hearing footy on the radio in the 80s

But you get what the SANFL pays for .
One biggest issue hearing over and over in games with north playing how many medals one player won in the ammos . And then the commentator couldn’t tell the difference between North’s scoring and what was actually scored by the Eagles

But as I said you get what the sanfl pays for

I gave Peter Walsh a few names, Wally May, Ian Day, Ron Kitchen, Rick Keegan, Peter Marker, Ian Aitken and he will try to get hold of them for a trial.

He also wants some special comments people, someone who has played a bit, knows about the modern game, never makes a mistake, articulate to a fault, fashionable and well liked.

Looks like I've got the job.

See you in the box Big Phil. Good calling.

I'd have "honest Joe" and Pickard as 1 and 2, followed by McLachlan as they've assisted in creating the most damage to SA footy.

I think they've confused 'influential' with 'well-known.'

He had more influence running the weekly quiz at the Hilton Hotel.
