Clubs don't have to have a marquee player. It just means if a club has a marquee player they can pay him more, probably to attract him. I would prefer no marquee player payment so the salary cap can be distributed more equitably.

I believe South are looking at Coleman as the Marquee but think he may be a bit small

Considering he was getting $2k per game to fly up to Darwin every week to play, think he would not be doing it unless getting plenty :shock:

He's playing at Maffra, only playing a couple games at Hamley when he doesnt travel to Maffra.
He's not real impressed with the way its been reported
