Yeh, don't know how this can happen. You cant give a date and time to people and then when they get here change your mind

Drive home from Narrandera yesterday, get travel permits ready for presentation at VIc border - No police presence, just business as usual. Get SA permit ready and again no police presence, just business as usual.
At the times we crossed borders there wasn’t the level of restrictions we have today, but thought they would at least be checking to ensure people hadn’t been exposed to the Northern Beaches.
