A2 comp on tilt. How's the results on the weekend from all the bottom half sides. Log jam through the middle and 5 that could possibly go down with payneham! Old iggies & Hope Valley must be packing themselves.

Maybe they could get Macca to run cricket?

Watched a heap of the Para Hills / Walkerville stream.

Thought the stream was a very high quality and Phil Herden at his usual best. Was clear he wasn't 100% familiar with the comp but was happy to ask questions and learn as the broadcast went on rather than act as 'know it all'.

Would love to see more comps have streams of that quality...….though do understand the costs involved make it hard but surely streams like that will help attract players to clubs.

Geez the only game we ever have full numbers for our Union side is when the game is being lived streamed.

I thought the cricket director of Para Hills worked excellent in tandem with him, making for a wonderful stream :D

In all seriousness I agree. Provided good insight and that competition understanding Phil maybe lacked at this stage.

Was a really enjoyable watch.

There is a lot up for grabs in the last round of the season in A1
Games don't come much bigger than Para Hills (1st) against Pooraka (3rd). I'm expecting Para Hills to bounce back from their shock defeat to Walkerville and be too strong for Pooraka. Hanson and Bayley have been fairly quiet in recent games and for Pooraka to win one or both will have to go big.
Flinders Park should finish off an excellent year by beating SPOC and securing a home semi final.
Ingle Farm will need to beat an improving Walkerville to play finals. Matthew Perilli's return has strengthened the Cat's batting enormously and they will be confident after knocking off the top side last week. I'm tipping the Farmers to get up in a close one.
Grange host Old Scotch. Grange have to win and rely on Ingle Farm losing or get an outright victory to play finals. OSCA are fighting to stay up and have a habit of winning these clutch games. Grange's batting was very poor last game, so I'm tipping Scotch in an upset.
Marion v Trinity OS is a real relegation battle and this could go either way. I'm surprised Marion are in this position because they have played some good cricket. Maybe the home ground advantage will give them rhe win they need.
The final game, PAOC v Reynella is a bit of a nothing game as neither team can make finals nor get relegated. Princes have been the front runners in this comp for a number of years, but they would be disappointed with their year. I think they will just get over Reynella.

Whispers going around that Hanson broke his wrist punching a wall after getting out last game and might not be playing this week.
Anyone else heard similar?

(I note they've named him on their facebook page but apparently that's just to throw Para Hills off)

Hanson played in discomfort and didn't get many, Bailey to the rescue!

Jye was very good,

Hanso middled his first 4 shots luckily straight to fielders and got a very good ball to be dismissed, It was tough scoring on a slow deck and a big outfield, but Bailey controlled his innings perfectly.

lets hope the rain holds off as it is set to be a good game
