Fabulous.

My brother had his wedding there, we consumed so much alcohol that they ran out of everything and ended up drinking the Darwin Stubbies they had as ornaments.

Another outing to the House of The Red Dragon last night.

It never disappoints although their pork in plum sauce was a bit below standard last time, I thought I would give it another shot and I'm glad I did.

With the entertainment voucher we got the following for $65:
An extra large special fried rice
Chilli king prawns.
Pork in plum sauce.
Sizzling fillet steak.
A beer and a sparkling white wine.

I have enough leftovers for the rest of the week.........................winning.

Bloody oath.

Grab a large spring roll to mung on for the drive, they are a meal by themselves and they're awesome, the rest of the stuff you can re-heat once you're home.

Their special fried rice is loaded with prawns, beef, pork and chicken, I've never came across a better one, I have gone there and just ordered one of them several times.

I'm tempted to use the word "yummy"

Finally got around to popping my Golden Boy cherry on Friday night.

Missus and I were seated at the bar (good start) and even though our first waiter forgot about us, the young lad manning the bar took over and we ran with his menu. I can't remember all the different dishes but every one of them was awesome. Kingfish Sashimi, Schezuan Wagyu with rolled rice noodles and Green Chicken Curry were the standouts. Nice warm night with Fringe crowds all about made for some spectacular scenery, really couldn't have had much better in terms of the experience.

Food: 10/10
Service: 8/10 (only because of initial waiter)
Atmosphere: 10/10
Price/Value: 8/10 (Food very well priced but they do sting you a bit on the drinks)

Highly recommend (even though Im probably the last one to check it out lol) .. Absolutely going back there again.

As we were staying at the Stadium Hotel, we followed up the next morning with breakfast at Bespoke.

Started with a share plate of pastries, cold meats, mini yoghurts etc which was pretty cool. The missus ordered the Pork Shakshuka (sp?) which was OK, I went the Wagyu Sausages with Scrambled Eggs .. Sausages were actually really flavourless and the Eggs were OK, but again pretty Vanilla in the flavour stakes. Service was exceptional though (throughout the entirety of our short stay actually).

Bespoke

Food 6/10
Service: 10/10
Atmosphere: 8/10
Price: 7/10 (our meals were included in a package, but $22.50 for the breakfast meals on offer seemed plenty reasonable to me)

Just back from dinner at Boonys at Port Noarlunga.

Once again it never disappoints from the service to the food.

Got takeaway dessert- caramel slice and a slice choccy cake for a little later on.
