The intention is for it to be a multipurpose community hub with links to a locally based elite sporting organisation that's called Alberton Oval home since 1880 when it moved from Bucks Flat.

I can see why residents are concerned, more noise, potential for property value to decrease etc. Given an Aldi pops up on most corners nowadays I'd take this.

Soccer & Footy yep, both outdoor sports that can compliment each other, Basketball, being an indoor sport, doesn't really matter where they are positioned, have never seen an attractive basketball stadium, esp in a residential area

Haha, brilliant.
Came across this Sossic bloke nearly 15 years ago and he was a bell-end then.
Glad he's getting screwed now.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

I must be a stranger cat than I thought I am as I don't mind it.

1: It gives me something to look forward to when daylight savings comes around again.
2: It's a bit brighter in the morning earlier.
3: I find it easier to get to sleep earlier.
4: I tend to feel more refreshed in the morning.

So we have never owned a dog, my BIL and his family are off to Sydney for a week so they drop off their 6 month old cavoodle (?) to us last night to look after. My son who has pleaded for a dog all his life is in heaven and has promised to look after it. Anyway last night the dog jumped off my son's bed and now it isn't putting any pressure on is back right leg when walking. He doesn't seem in any distress and doesn't flinch when we put pressure on the leg, anyone had something similar? 8-[

Probably just a joint jarring. Can you feel any grinding or clicks when you move it?

Our Pug jumps off our bed daily. The mutt can't get up there themselves we have to lift up. Being 6 years old this year the day where it can't get down is only a few years away.
