ok ill play along,
On what basis do a majority need to take the vaccine?
Is it to stop all the rampant cases that have been going through SA the last 12 months?
Is it to cure all the thousands of sick people in our hospitals?

I think the current death count for this year is Covid 1- Vaccine 5, thats 80% of covid related deaths are from the vaccine
The governments reasoning will be because Australia has to open up again and can’t stay closed forever. We are going to need to let students and tourist come here and whilst vaccination rates are low that can’t happen.

Its about controlling your life, taking away freedoms little by little.
Health passports are on the way, make no mistake, have a look at how people are controlled in China.
Also be prepared for the possibility of a lockdown in SA this weekend. I believe the State of Emergency runs out at beginning of May. Without the SOE they can not put the experimental vaccine into anyone.
The WA SOE ran out last Friday and surprise surprise there's a "case"
The QLD lockdown was also at the time the SOE ran out.
Surely more and more people are starting to see the scam that it is.

I volunteered to have the AZ vaccine and so did my wife - and many of my friends who are old enough to be eligible. I am a doctor and I wouldn't put either of us at risk if there was the slightest evidence it had not been adequately tested and the risks are no worse than any other vaccination.

Result with us, and multiple friends who have had this vaccine - minimal 'flu-like reaction.

Paranoia is rampant at the moment...

Don't lie Pysber, your clearly part of a bigger plot to allow the government to control for all the benefits them controlling us brings to the community and their families.

Wouldn't the answer be so that we can get back to a normal life including free travel overseas, not having to go in to lockdowns etc and not be at risk of ending up like India burning bodies because the vulnerable have no way to fight the disease.

This isn't a chicken or the egg scenario, its extremely clear, surely you would admit that is the measure/restrictions in place that are stopping rampant cases. Look at places like India, Brazil, US.

Close-ish.... but far enough away. Vics are a bit slack at using the covid check in app. I expect that will come into sharper focus now.

Vic's aren't the only ones slacking off. See it here all the time.

Plus I found the QR setup a bit of a shambles. Some places use the Service Vic app and others use their own. Most places even said don’t bother when entering.

I walked in to a business on Saturday morning, cops were handing out fines left, right & centre to people not checking in.
FFS, what's the big deal about checking in! It's vital in tracing people and stopping potential outbreaks & then lockdowns!

There are people who are in the anti side of QR codes who are first to line up when government hands out money etc cos their place of employment has closed/reduced.

Interesting..
We had our Influenza booster recently (more than the recommended minimum14 days after the Covid AZ one) and both got somewhat more reaction.
Of course that booster was the slightly stronger one recommended for Seniors and we had a similar reaction to it last year too.
Looking forward to the second AZ Covid shot in mid-July...

I had the AZ vaccine on Sunday. Very mild headache on Monday and arm is still a little sore today. The benefits in my opinion far out weigh the very slight inconvenience.
