2 of the worst umpiring decisions ever in the last minute or 2 gifted Adelaide the win.

Matters little to me as i have little interest anymore in AFL as it's the inconsistent rule interpretations and non decisions like that , that have driven me away from the game.

I think we can all agree the umpiring has been rubbish.
The standard is at an all time low.
I thought the crows got crucified for most of the game.
The deliberate decision was a case in point.
He tried to handball it more infield but it took a deflection off the defender and went out.
I'm happy with the decision made.
But trying to marry that up with the Zurhar one where he was actually shooting for goal?
Ya just can't!

The 2 game Nick Holman ban is one of the harsher ones i've seen. Can't really call it a sling and not sure how you can possible tackle someone from behind without bring them forward.

The umpire even paid HTB! They will appeal this and get off. Agree, not much else he could have done.

They have appealed as predicted (as have Plowman and Pickett - big night at Tribunal!)

Three players have appealed today (Holman, Pickett and Plowman).

Think that backs up your comment, clubs no longer accept the garbage Christian is serving up, they just appeal and they all end up getting off!!
