But it’s the Gold Coast, no success ever.

Doubt you’d get too many more at the MCG, lose a lot of money with a quarter filled stadium

#BREAKING: VICTORIAN AFL CLUBS PLACED INTO LOCKDOWN

10 Victorian AFL clubs have been reportedly placed into lockdown for 7 days in response to the new COVID-19 outbreak in Melbourne.
SEN has reported the AFL told its Victorian teams today that “it was taking extra steps to avoid any impact on the competition and upcoming fixtures.”

"Only four reasons to leave the home for players: That's obviously goods and services...care and compassionate reasons, exercise and other essential reasons such as petrol station, post offices, vets, etcetera," SEN reporter Sam Edmund said.
"They can only have visitors as well that pertain to emergency care, compassionate or welfare reasons.[i]

Well if they're going into a 7 day lockdown, they won't be able to play?

or will they be released to play? if so, that's a bit of a shambles of a lockdown then?!

Nope, posted it between calls.

Sorry, I obviously took the article headline too literally, and assumed that AFL Clubs going into 7 day lockdown, actually meant, AFL Clubs going into 7 day lockdown.

It should have said " AFL players banned from going to coffee shops for the next 7 days, all other activities to remain as normal."
