The irony here is that one of the central themes of your ravings over the last year or so is that, because 95% of people won't be seriously affected by catching COVID-19, we should just let it spread through the community and sod the 5% of elderly or immuno-compromised folks who get seriously ill or die.

I should also point out that even if we took that 'It doesn't affect me so who cares' attitude, many of the 95% would actually be affected by the enormous strain that would be placed on our hospitals.

But isn't the reason they are only giving the AZ vaccine to the 60+ (now 50+ can you believe that?) is that they dont matter so much?

How can the TPA (provisionally) approve AZ for all people over 18's (but not pregnant people) only to:
1. Change the limit it to 60+
2. Change that limit to 50+

For all vaccines: TPA did not approved for pregnant or <18 because of no clinical trial data for those groups
1. Change that to allow Pfizer for those 2 groups because of 6 months use by????? People other than <18s and pregnant people!

I'm no anti-vaxxer but I'm not buying the safety of this stuff because I do not trust what they are doing.

What has been revealed by the hostility to rational medical advice and sensible government restrictions to prevent the spread of this potentially fatal virus is that the incidence of paranoid and delusional thinking in the community is much more widespread than we had thought it was.

No what has been revealed is the willingness of Doctors like yourself to tow the line despite not having any scientific evidence whatsoever.
Whats in the vaccine?
Can you show us the warning label that comes with the vaccine?
Can you show us that covid19 has actually been isolated?
Can you provide the "experts" advice that lockdowns work? that masks work? Just as many peer reviewed studies out there to show that masks do not work.
If i was to have a letter drawn up for you to sign, saying that you take responsibility for any adverse reaction or death from administering me the vaccine, would you sign it? I rest my case

I don't automatically toe any line but I read the technical information and statistics available to me in medical journals.

Whats in the vaccine? The details would require a full journal article, but basically the same stuff that is in other vaccines that have saved lives over the years.

Can you show us the warning label that comes with the vaccine? No I didn't bother to look personally as I've been having vaccines since the 1950s and never had a problem with any of them.

Can you show us that covid19 has actually been isolated? No I haven't been reading specialist Virology journals lately, but I can't see any reason anyone would be motivated to make it up.

Can you provide the "experts" advice that lockdowns work? that masks work? Just as many peer reviewed studies out there to show that masks do not work. Anything that prevents spread of any infective agent from one person to another works to some degree but nothing is 100% perfect. You have to go with the probabilities. Occasional failures don't prove it is all a lie except to the paranoid. The mask issue - if fitted properly they help prevent spread but if they leave a gap on either side of your nose or over your cheeks their effectiveness is reduced. A lot of people don't fit them to their face properly especially those who resent using them.

If i was to have a letter drawn up for you to sign, saying that you take responsibility for any adverse reaction or death from administering me the vaccine, would you sign it? No but I'd sign one stating we had discussed the small risks involved compared to the higher risks from actually catching the virus and then let you make your choice..

That is my last comment. It is like discussing religion. People choose to believe what they want to believe regardless and rational discussion is ineffective. I don't expect to convert you - just to oppose you frightening others.

Can you show us the warning label that comes with the vaccine? No I didn't bother to look personally as I've been having vaccines since the 1950s and never had a problem with any of them. Again it seems you do not know the answer or you are refusing to share it with us because you have been told you are not allowed to. Shouldnt you know this before giving advice to patients?

Can you show us that covid19 has actually been isolated? No I haven't been reading specialist Virology journals lately, but I can't see any reason anyone would be motivated to make it up.I think you do know the answer to this but wont say as you know im right

I hope i am frightening others to not take this poison, if one person looks into it a bit more and decides that perhaps the vaccine isnt for them then my time hasnt been wasted. I also hope that more and more are starting to see this scam for what it is.

Northern Hemisphere
I know of 11 people who have contracted the c19 virus
2 died, one a close relation of mine
9 have survived
of the surviving 9 I have corresponded with 2 of them
1 is feeling ok after a month of below par health
The other is still struggling- several months after , has been lethargic from day, and cant get back to work as yet 1

Ive discussed the merits of vaccination with and formed an opinion from the following

GP
Chemist
Naturopath [ take note no advantage for the Naturopath to tell me to vaccinate]

They all know of my past and present health
All 3 very very strongly advised me to have the jab

They might be right they may be wrong getting vaccinated
The selling point by the GP was
" The effects of the vaccine is potentially minor compared to the potential effect of contracting C19.

Ive also consulted a fellow poster on this site who steered me towards vaccination [ thanks ]

Ive also been guided by my past vaccinations

There are 2 people I could not ask for an opinion
May they both rest in peace

Panic buying back in vogue here in Melbourne.

Couldn’t find a space in the car park of my local Dan’s.

Not to be deterred, parked around the corner. 15 minute wait to get through the check out with a slab of beer and a dozen bottles of wine.

Home safely now, and tucking in..

I think you misunderstand my post or i wasnt clear enough.
Because these lockdowns havent effected your jobs and havent hurt your hip pocket here in SA you are happy to go along with supporting these lockdowns, Put yourself in the position of being a business owner like the one i saw who had a 4pm deadline to order food for the weekend, then Andrews announces a lockdown at 5pm. How do you reckon they feel, do you reckon suicide hasnt crossed their mind? All at the same time the AFL is well aware of what will be happening well ahead of any announcements.
You wankers on here joke about having a few days holiday if we were to go into a 3 or 5 day lockdown, its disgusting and time you were called out on it.
