The dogs are a substantially worse side than last year. Dublas not much better, still Joff would have every right to feel robbed.
I'm told Kris Grant will be gone at seasons end. should have happened a few years ago.

What a load of crap, you speak to any player, Andrews was clueless. Only ones that rated him are no longer there, no loss.

At this stage he has a better record than Thommo as coach.

These are the players that have taken the club backwards this season?!
May have been better keeping Andrews and moving some of these guys on.

We were woeful in a terrible game of football luckily we werent playing one of the very best sides because it wouldve been a smashing.Reckon we have gone backwards in the last few games unfortunately going to be hard to see us winning anymore this season.Which would make it worse than last years 3 wins and a draw .

Plus last season was only 14 games.
Today's game was rubbish,we have definitely gone backwards.
You wouldn't want to be a forward in this side, ordinary skills from our mids and half backs.
Weavers crap kick in the last gave Sturt the win.

Our skills across the board have been ordinary for seasons now which suggests the players dont want to improve their skills and dont care enough and to many are simply not good enough for league football.

A very low scoring game. One for the stats boffins - did this break any records between the sides? I'd have thought 3.5 might go close to being Centrals' lowest score at home.

I don't know about Central vs Sturt records but another 5 goals to 3 goal game was at Woodville in Round 19 1995 North Adelaide 5 goals 11 defeated Eagles 3 goals 9.
Yesterdays game, of course had less behinds.
You would think that big grounds like Elizabeth and Woodville would be more conducive to higher scores.

Yep, would have to be up there are far as being a record or something.

I don’t buy it’s just the forward line either, to be that inept in front of goal in modern football means you haven’t got run from defence, your not finding the inside kick to your mids and your forward entries aren’t quick and into dangerous areas. Attacking is now a team game and not just the forwards responsibility.
