Does it coincide with pension and dole day?

Look at them all, spreading the virus further when we are meant to be lockdown.

Surely having millions race out to the shops is just as big a superspreader as where the bloke with Covid went.

This lockdown is not ending in 7 days.....no chance.

Why?

We have 5 cases and only 1 new one today from 7k tests.

1000s are lined up for tests at the moment, just the way queen Nicola wants.

This will all look pretty stupid if we have 0 new cases tomorrow.

Would be silly Stan, but I'm not sure we'll get a donut tomorrow.

I expect more family of the 81 year old to test positive over the coming week or two as they build up a detectable load.
Also others at the party where today's case come from will end up positive over the next week or so.

There will be cases on and off for the next couple of weeks IMO.

Yep and given the lockdown is now 3 days after the 81 year olds big day out there could be close contacts of close contacts of close contacts who unknowingly have got it. Im sure the government are working as quick as they can but the list of places grows significantly every new contact case and every new contact.

Knowing Woolies as well you reckon every single one of them have used QR codes.

Well if we're all team players those who were at identified close contacts (ring one) and at identified exposure suites (ring two) should all have been quarantining since yesterday afternoon so that hopefully will be the firs step in minimising the spread.

However as trader said the results are going to get worse before they get better not the least due to the fact there will be more testing done but if we are smart this can be brought back under control sooner rather than later.

Than we can go back to living the new normal

Just got an email from Crowies paint store saying they are still open.
How is that essential when most builders can’t work?
