Who you got today? Few at odds I like.

Pound of Salt
Subrising
Kovalica
Painembara
Kosgei

I’m not sure Riff Rocket runs the 2500m in the Derby

I’ve had something e/w on Foxy Frida in MR 8, looks overs to me.

I’ve taken Barbies Fox as I’ve backed it every race this prep but took the quinella with FF. Took the same quinella last start for second and third

Yeah I’m on Barbie too, having had previous collects at $20’s, $40’s and $80’s owes me nothing. Would prefer some give in the track and not sure she’s as classy as some others in the race, but she has a big finish on a track usually suited to a good swoop so fingers crossed.

Sooooo, going back a few weeks ago, i was a little 'merry' down the local and caught wind of an opportunity to join a syndicate where we were buying in to 2 Wayne Francis trained horses, it was 'has to be done straight away were buying shares off a bloke who was getting divorced blah blah blah, as you can imagine after several bevvies deep, and thinking really clearly I'm in, I'm in where do i sign up get me a pen now! No Shaun, No relax, the syndicate manager will contact you in the coming days, sure enough he did the next day and we got the deal done.

Proud part of a syndicate in 2 horses, now for the hard part, telling the Mrs! It didn't go down that well, although she didn't go totally mental as i was clever and told the kids first as i knew there excitement would be through the roof, that smoothed it over. Happy days.

That was until Thursday just gone when i got a phone call for another 'opportunity' to add 2 more horses to the syndicate and that i did! that didn't go down well, my reply 'Well you didn't go nuts on the first 2' therefore your fault.......

Long story short, 2 are ready for first starts, it's just been confirmed 2 are having their first runs Tuesday at Morphettville.

The horse the trainer has the biggest % share of won its trail last week and looks a nice horse.

Looking forward to this little bit of fun.

McDonald with 2 rides before the cup, he's on a mission.
Zahra and McDonald to fight it out i reckon, don't know a thing about Vauban but it would want to be good to knock either of those off.
Of course i could look very stupid after the race

Both pretty good runs, saw more of the outside fence than the inside and both did plenty wrong.

Liked how they both finished off considering their wide runs.
