Colac R8 #12 Rose Ring - Good on speed runner previously in SA now with Daniel Bowman. Good barrier, small EW bet.

Cantebury R5 #4 Unusual Legacy - Knocked off by Imatruestar before cantering in at Newcastle. Steps up to 1900m. Imatruestar was superb in second on Saturday at Rosehill. Would like $2.50+ but I might not be able to get that.

Probably won’t win but Beatboxer in the last at Melton tonight @$101 is worth a nibble. Two starts back it was cruising at the 500m and the horse inside it galloped and fell and it lost all concentration , ran sixth beaten 11m. Gate 1 so should get a decent run.
