aussies could be chasing 320-340 here

as Marnus comes into the attack
probably because Hardie went for 13 off of his first over.
How the hell is Laba even in there? Why are we playing two keepers? We're not winning with a ton from one of our guns. We're going to be chasding a decent score with this crap bowling line-up.
I would say the selectors see Labuschagne as an option for the 2027 World Cup and that's why he's playing along with the 'crap bowling line up' and all the players in this ODI team/squad, they're obviously building towards that now.

Yet Marsh will be 35, Hazelwood 34 by then, I can't see why we can't reward the younger lads getting around whilst building towards 2025. We wonder why these games aren't getting the crowds or exposure as much as they should be but we filed sub-standard teams for everything except World Cups.

Would love to see the likes of Owen, Sutherland, O'Neill, Elliott, Harvey, Hearne, Gilkes etc. be afforded the opportunity at international level.

It baffles me that players like David and Owen are left out of the ODI's, you can either score quickly or you can't, plus they are handy in the field.

Second ODI on today in Mackay, SA batting first.
Bartlett in for Dwarshius for Aus.
Australia have been bowled out for under 200 in their last 3 ODI's at home, this hasn't happened before.
