Seacliff Hotel. With the Espy closed for 12 months due to renovations a fair few have migrated a mile up the road to us & I suggest they’re trying to cash in. It’ll backfire on them, most of them won’t pay $11-$12 for a pint. The Brighton Metro will be the big winners out of this.

My local kept increasing without me realising, now they're $8.50 during happy hour, it basically stopped me going, that and they moved the table that I always sat at as it had a great view of the totes and the races. Their excuse was to make more room for those entering the dining area, all 3 of them most nights and hardly ever on a Saturday. Saving me money anyway.
