I think someone said Koops had signed with Central.
Norwood has signed Gavin Hughes (formerly Nwd, rookie at Western Bulldogs and now back again)and Kieran McGuinness (back from overseas travel) for their returns to the club in 2009!

Wish I had your sources about the Redlegs BP. They're obviously a lot closer to the action than mine.

No sources mate, just observe a lot and listen to lot's of media outlets...
Plus...
When McGuiness left last year to travel, didn't he himself say he'd be back for season 2009 ? I'm sure I heard it back then, that's why I said what I did. I think it was mentioned on this site a few times as well when he originally made the decision.
And Hughsey...
He obviously gave up on the AFL and came back home, and if my memory serves me correct, was actually the league runner for a couple of games. Not sources on this one, just common sense that said if he's back home in SA and involved with the club, fair chance he'll be playing with the Legs in 09.
Cheers,
BP

Examples are Stengle, Wilson, Faulkner. All extremely talented but not dedicated enough to try & perform at the highest level. Hopefully Sansbury won't fall into the same category & it could be said that Koops is in the same group, unfortunately!
