kick it to me wrote:Basket Range can be used as a good example for what could happen to Mylor if they went up, Baskets management last year pushed the club into A grade, against the wishes of a number of the B grade premiership players. The result, not just one team but a whole club which started to get flogged week in week out, this just lead to heads dropping, players leaving and a club in some real trouble. Unless Mylor have 15 players good enough and keen to play in the top grade they shouldnt, it will only be bad for the club in the liong run.

Not saying we were top blokes out there, but dont hold your head up high and come on here talking sh!t. Is it true you refused to even come out and shake hands after the match?
Disgraceful effort. especially as a senior member of the club.
For the record, we nearly beat SCIBs outright, you lost to SCIBs, so of course we were keen on an outright...
Mylor B's- Top
Mylor C's- Top
Wish i wasnt off overseasSomething special in the making down at PiperLand!
EAGLES wrote: The complaints heard from the boundary on a particular run out late in the day were also a disgrace, particularly when the whole team is sitting at square leg and can see that the batsman was in by a meter.
As for being ready when the bowler is ready to bowl. A comment was made that within the spirit of cricket, the batsman has the obligation to be ready when the bowler is, especially when the field has not changed for 5 or 6 balls and the bowler is coming off a good 30 step run up. Fair enough to back away when a car drives past the bowlers arm, but Lofty does have a road going past the bowlers arm with several cars driving past regularly. Three solutions there Dutchy, cone off the road so there is no traffic, get yet another government grant and get sight screens, or simply watch the ball and not the traffic!

Couple of the Kersbrook TV reps, manager's and sponsors for the KI tournament contemplating withdrawing if TVCA rule in Palmer's favour. Collyer has never been cleared from Kersbrook, so the only club I could see be in trouble would be Pooraka, but the ATCA have given them the green light too.
