I have also heard this, and it's Rigby isn't it not rugby??

Heard up to $2500 sign ons for some and the $700 as mentioned. That's alot of money for South reserves players, but hey if you've got the coin

I've been told it's more like $3,600.00 sign on and $750.00 a game plus petrol money and accommadation.

I've heard that too Spy.

I don't know about the other two lads but I honestly don't think Matty Corstens is worth $3,600.00 a season. Great lad with great skills but that sort of money is just ridiculous.

Sorry flyer couldnt resist after reading your blokes having a dig about clubs paying certain players ridiculous amounts of money. Personally i cant see it being that harmonious when someone who is loyal to the club and flogs his guts out has to take a back seat to an 'import' who has no intention of being at the club in the long term. Good luck Wineflys!

If you play good enough footy you're gonna get a game regardless of how heavy the envelope/golden handshake is after...
Just more pressure on the player that gets the fat one if he doesn't live up to expectations...
