While most of us thought they would've been better than the dismal performances they have served up so far & i do beleive they will probably upset an opponent at some stage this year but surely Virginia at home will win by a lot more than 12 points. Unlees he meant 12 goals..... Wears his heart on his sleeve old jars (not that there is neccesarily anything wrong with that). But as a supposedly independent reporter, it doesn't give much weight to some of his opinions perhaps. Great article about the Eagles though. You don't realise the quality they have lost over 2-3 seasons until its put down on paper.

I don't wanna look like I am defending him (but I'm going to), but at least he puts his name to his tips, unlike all of us on here. I know it isn't easy for him tipping against us but you do have to remember that he is a player first. I think you will all agree that his general columns and previews are a fantastic addition to the Producer.
I think he is doing a great job of being unbiased as best he can and I thought that the Hummocks article was a fantastic read. Another great piece written by Jars was the story in the Sunday Mail Country Footy liftout a few months ago about Keith Earl from Mallala. Surely if he was biased he could have easily chosen to write at least one of these stories about the Tigers?
Another thing you have to remember is the time he donates each Saturday morning promoting and talking about results/previews of our league on BBB FM (89.1). He is a fantastic promoter of all things great in our league and always talks about the positives.

Jars knows his APFL! Rams have no Galic and no Wrigney for a few weeks, and coming off a 40pt loss.
Cheers for the mention Jars
