Was at the game (finally)
We were slow to the contest but once there we worked bloody hard to get it to the outside "runners"
If Geelong were cleaner they would have won by 4 goals.
Talia late out was almost the difference. Hartigan made Hawkins look like Lockett.

Yep no eyes for the footy... 2 down to 1.

Intentional ( went past the ball ) high contact, high impact, has to be 2 or more.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

So looking for ideas of what to do tonight to avoid watching the FNF blockbuster....

Clean the Shed/Spare Room/Attic
Clean out my footy ump bag
Cook some meals up & place them into the freezer
Go for a very long walk
Watch a movie
Stare up into the night sky

Any others??
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!

Typical, have tonight off after working last night, also missed last Thursdays game, I get all the blockbusters on my nights off.
Turning into a bit of a Thursday night expert in my tipping (Geelong last week, Crows this week, total points out 11), pity there's none left!

I’m in a comp with 22 other blokes, entry is a carton of beer.
Pick the winning team & correct margin of the first game of the round. No one had really gone close until last night.
I had Adelaide to win by 16 pts! One point off winning 17 cartons!!!

That's a good currency to enter into a comp with.

I might get one of them going next year, I like it!

Tuohy playing out the game should help Walker. Although the way the MRO has gone this year it could be anything from a fine to 4 weeks.

I was watching Tex for a minute afterwards and he knows he's in strife. Stood there shaking his head admonishing himself

2-3 for mine

Tuohy was out on the ground, he was in that stiff arm state where you stare off into the world of nothing, how he passed the concussion test is astounding. He was out.

Thomas got 4 in a "similar" (granted not identical) incident, went past the ball, chose to bump, got the player high. The difference was Selwood went off, Tuohy stayed on.

I reckon Walker will get 3.

Or, one of the Geelong players said to him "2 to 3" and he was trying to work out why it was dark at "2 to 3" in the afternoon?

What happened with Selwood and Knight in the geelong 50 when Selwood went down?
