The wife used be like that, she could take one to bed with her and still doze off immediately, even despite my advances.

Yeah I haven't had one either.

Tried it as a kid, didn't like it and never went back.

I have a can of Coke Zero around 4am then at least 2-3 litres of mineral/soda water throughout the day.
Don’t mind the smell of coffee just not the taste, plus I very rarely have hot drinks.

I'm exactly the same, even when I was barista-ing for a while I'd get covered in the stuff and loved the smell of it, just can't handle the taste.

I have a daily limit of two, I won't have one after 12 noon either, I don't eat for the remainder of the day after 1pm generally either.
Drink as much as possible 8)

But after the evening meal I stick to decaf.

Tea and coffee are my staple day time drinks - mostly tea - usually Dilmah Premium.
My wife is more of a coffee person,

I tend to have wine with dinner, and beer when at a day time barbecue.

Never drank tea either. Gave up the darts 15 years ago, could never cut out the red wine though.

I've never touched red wine in my life too but put that down to abusing cheap Port and Green Ginger Wine as a teenager and not being able to stand any drink with a similar colour since.
Similar issue with Bailey's/Kilkenny Cream from a couple of years ago.
Don't even dabble in spirits like I used to, just beer or white wine from Banrock Station.

Probably me on the other side of the ledger, can't really drink white's for similar reasons, the cheap teenage casks ruined it for me, can't touch Southern Comfort or a Vodka with OJ.

I couldn't stomach red's until about 10 years ago, now I love a nice red on a Sunday arvo.
