I never liked Harvey and always felt he just kept playing on and on to break the all-time games record. The writing was on the wall when he had that brouha with Scott about possibly being dropped last year or the year before with all the trying to get the public on his side and did the same thing again when told he was going to be delisted. It was all Brent Harvey first, NM finals campaign second.

The guy is still refusing to retire and supposedly considering playing on at another club next year. Yeah good luck with that.

Carlton, with so many under 23's on their list could afford to carry a bloke for one year. He'd sure as hell be better than their 40th player on the list.

 Carlton already have one of the oldest lists, unless they cut heavily this off season I can see them wanting to top up with another senior player

Adelaide and Thommo have not agreed on a way moving forward.

Thommo wants a one year deal.

Adelaide are concentrating on CEY and Lyons contracts first.

If CEY and Lyons contracts fall through, Thommo will likely be resigned.

If CEY and Lyons sign a new contract, Thommo will likely be told no more.

There is nothing to announce right now.

Clear?

Consider myself trolled?

Know this for a fact?

Even if it's just to teach Matt Crouch how to kick.

If either or both of Lyons & CEY go he goes 1 more year.

News tonight had Lyons going to the Gold Coast.

We'll give you Toumpas, Stewart and O'Shea for CEY

No. Do you know Thommo has been told he is no longer required as a fact?
Reports today they will keep him.
Time will tell

Until the Crows finish the list arrangements which may depend on the CEY and Lyons contracts then we all really know **** all.

Carlton have the 7th oldest list, only one over 30 and 9 that are 28-30. Jamieson, Wood and Walker ( all 30 ) have retired. That makes it 6 over 28 on the list.

They have 6 18-22 year olds and 14 23-27 year olds. The 3 they've lost bring that number down (avg age) pretty quickly.

They're in the midst of turning the list over ( made 15 changes last year ) so to carry one older experienced player for one year would be easily done.

I have no problems with Thommo signing on for 1 more year (assuming it is on a lower pay scale). I also think Pyke will not hesitate to drop him next year if form etc isn't up to scratch. Gotta way up whether what we have is better than what Thommo is producing. Also if we do add another good midfielder to the mix next year it takes pressure off Thommo also. I'll back our list management staff who have been very good the past few years.

Lol. If this is a circus then you must get a lot of entertainment value from North.

Driving up Burbridge Road, near the Apex park at West Beach, car comes along side me with "CAPTTEX" as the number plate.

If I didn't like my new car as much as I do......

I saw Tex driving out of the city last week...there wouldn't be many cars on the road that would survive an impact with his. Fricking huge 4WD looking thing.
