Whos got the Centenary game this week? Pitch looks to be a belter.
Whats peopoles thoughts on us bringing the straight boundries in at Centenary with some rope, if it was in 10 meters I know a lot more players would have a crack at it eg TC and Scoob. Just thibnk its out of reach and doesnt tempt the good strikers to have a go.
1st round is always GF replay (W v MP) Cent on Anzac Day, 3v4 (Tas v MR) Cent on the Sat and 5v6 on the Sunday. We play LS on the Sunday at Poole, goods opportunity for us to shock the town!!!

Looking forward to the big official opening match at Ravendale on June 3, big celebrations, club song after match with supporters like Waybacks did (if we want to look that stupid). Then off to the complex to drink piss till the sun comes up, When Waybacks is shut (10pm) hopefully a few Demons come over. We owe them one from the 100th year celebarations, a game we undoubtidely should have won. Will be the best party night down that way in about 50-60 years.

Rumourmonger - you probably will shock the town with a win over souths - speaking of souths - theyve been rather quiet - apparently lost some movers and shakers, eg white, sinclair, rogers, bryant and a few others -heard they havent recruited any - *YAWNS* looks to be a boring match @ poole on sunday then.....

Souths trained last night at their complex while we were cricket training
notable new recruit was there - Easty - i guess that means he's playing for them so everyone can stop the conjecture now!
I really feel for yelanna now, after winning a few games last year they were looking for another improving year however you would think with no easty......

WT - guess that means easty's wife put her foot down - still - Yeelana could turn it around - i mean he's only one guy - he's not the entire team - Yeelana have a couple of young lads who would be willing to give it their all - theyre the ones who have club pride and loyalty - but hey who knows - they could end up licking that wooden spoon again.... wait n see...

It's a bit hectic today. A lot of racing and a lot of good form to go through.
We ended up focusing mainly on Rockhampton and Yarra Valley and have finally come up with just one bet today.
Race 5 at Rockhampton at 5.20pm and King Hunter.
This three year old gelding is unbelievably fast. He beat Cindy Kate and Crystal Lane last start in 56.5 seconds and they have both won since. King Hunter carried 58.5kg that day and today has 54kg. So it is quite conceivable he will run faster today and that gives the opposition today virtually no chance. Dale Evans is back riding and he is top jock at Rockie.
On the negative side everyone is tipping King Hunter today so I am concerned he will come up very short.
that's it today, one Bet at Rockhampton - race 5 - King Hunter.
Oh, by the way, I have been testing a ratings system lately for a very clever friend of mine and the results have been encouraging. Today he came up with two bets. They are Disastrous in race 8 at Yarra Valley and Glenlee in race 8 at Canberra. They should be decent prices as well.
Happy Punting - and remember that only bet the amount you can afford to lose!
