Patterson needs to play ,otherwise it's a big ask for Graham and Montgomerie to match up on Himmleberg and Frampton .

There's our big issue, our lack of big blokes.

That's why Patterson needs to play so we have options, and a little bit of flexibility.

Why can't Templeton get a game in your League side if height is the major concern?

When he was at the Eagles 5-6 years ago I always thought he was a handy player. He's never going to be a star but certainly I thought he'd be a walk up regular at League level if the team he was playing for was suffering a chronic shortage of tall players?

He may still play .Our ground announcer will finally get to play the Crows song when they actually play ,after 2 attempts in the first 2 rounds .

Played pretty well in the reserves last week (so I'm told). Agreed, strong bigger body, probably wont be long before he plays.

With our lack of size particularly in defence we need our forwards to apply plenty of pressure when the ball is in our forward line and not allow easy transition out .

Patterson playing reserves but no Templeton so assume the latter playing league with McLean.. meaning someone else other than Fort out injured/unavailable.
Crows line up shrouded in mystery... I’m assuming Tex won’t play which is why Thilthorpe is in... Jones also travelling as part of the 24 so would assume won’t play today.. and not sure about Hately either... Dogs at $1.35 with Sportsbet ...
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Frampton playing and has kicked 4 2 mins into the second qtr. McLean appears to be finished or the day. Crows by 15 pts early in the second and Dogs with their work cut out to stay in this. Getting murdered in the air. Those calls for Patterson looking very valid at this point

And now our only remaining tall defender Montgomie hobbles off and we are DONE... Frampton with a lazy 5

Selecting Patterson was obvious, yes we lack quality talls but pick your best structured 22 .

Is Mclean injured.??? Jono Marsh getting smashed by Strachan

Not sure what role Nick Gillard is playing but it isn’t working.

Boyd in our midfield today would of been Extremely handy.

If nothing else, at least our blokes kicked a bit straighter this week. :?

It would be very deflating if we lost, but at least we wouldn't have to put up with Groucho's bleating.

The first, correct. The second...aaah...who?
