My home brewed Beer and Cider.

Hopefully the white wine I am doing now will also be a winner

I've been going through an evening G&T phase - I like mildly bitter flavours.
I'll probably move back to Peroni as summer blossoms and I start to fancy something earlier in the afternoon.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

Just a simple white with some oak chip additions. It's for the neighbours big birthday bash next April.

almost the most disgusting thing I have ever tried.

Went round to a mate's house for a poker night the other night. He offered to get me a 6pack as he was going down the street. He asked what I wanted, and I said find me the weirdest ale you can find, hoping he would grab me some random IPA that I hadnt had before.

But no, turns out he doesnt drink beer at all, so to him this was an "ale." I guess he did exactly as i asked, but my god it is bad.

If you took apples and tried to make Carlton cold with them, it's basically what you get. So it has none of the redeeming qualities of beer nor cider

Has anyone had a "Dog Days" from the Little Creatures stable?

Had a crack at one in the Qantas Club the other day which turned into 3 post haste. Beautifully hoppy number.
