Loved the champagne celebration.

I'm a hack golfer but have played at the New Kuta last year and it was top notch. Bali doesn't have a stack of courses, maybe only 7 or 8. Have walked around the Nirwana and that is stunning and went past another whose name escapes me that was up in the highlands and built in a volcano

Tiger in trouble again. Arrested for suspected drink driving when he refused a test. Claims his erratic driving a result of prescription drugs. My word it's not getting any better. Now ranked 600+ on the world rankings, has there been a bigger fall from grace?

i love how the media came out with the DUI charge before the facts were released.

clearly the drugs are working cos only the other day he mentioned he hadn't 'felt this good in years'

to answer your question, John Daly, but look at him now, he resurrected his career.... still hope for Tiger

While he was one of the best players ever to. Play the game, I never warmed to Tiger at all... Seemed so distant and arrogant, which I understand a lot of driven champions are that way, and just not likeable at all...

Also his at times flexible application of the rules of golf just grated with me.

But to see him struggling with life leaves me feeling a bit sorry for him, but a lot of his issues have come from his own choices, so it's difficult.

Not that he would give a rats arse about what some hacker from SA thinks...

John Daly while he crashed hard and has come back was never being put on the pedestal Tiger was. For years it was assumed by the American media that Tiger would overtake Jack to be the best ever. He got close but when The then Mrs Tiger found out about the nocturnal activities and put an 8 iron through the windscreen of his car, it was a quick slide from there.

It seems all the big boys on the PGA tour get themselves into strife off the course....Phil Mickelson with gambling and an insider trading scandal is another....

John Daly was a blue collar guy, who. Loved the ciggies and booze, he was relatable to the common man... Tiger was a robot...

You forgive those most like you...

To see Big John have his break down on the course was just heartbreaking...

Tiger may have been a robot. But his ball control was incredible to watch.

Played night golf here about 5 years ago. It's great so long as you hit the fairway. Miss them and it gets interesting! Not a lot of illumination in the rough. That said as I recall I shot a good score for the 9 holes I played. So clearly I'm a better night time golfer than during daylight hours!

The Pros complaining about the rough at US Open...
Atleast Rory made a good point that if the players arwnt good enough to hit the fairways they should pack their bags...
