WEIGHT TIP 1

Drink Iced water
The body uses up energy to convert the cold water to warmer water
8 glasses of ice water compared to norMAL warmer water , = about 8 calories loss per glass of water
This is a good metabolism booster

I beg to differ and ask that you not comment until you have tried it. Sesame seeds are good for you.

HAHA thats the funniest thing I have ever heard. I shouldn't comment because I havent tried it? I would stick that crap in my body so i'll never try it. It's deep fried food full of fat carbs, and plus all the stuff sitting in the oil. Because it has sesame seeds doen't make it healthy, because coke has water does that make it healthy, no.

lol, 600+ calories in two pieces of that sesame chicken, which is a quarter of avg daily intake.

Not to mention they would be loaded with trans fats.

0/10 for trolling. Try harder next time.

But if you do, then make sure you feed them with sesame seeds. Might as well keep them healthy...
