I think we should get an instant gauge on where every side is at after this week. 3 even games based on last years ladder positions with the exception of Mallala playing us who missed the finals.

Anyone catch any of the 3 games yesterday? any stand out performances of any new players/old players that caught your eye? was supposed to head to the virginia and two wells match but couldn't make it

What is the issue with Hay? He played State Country last year - the SANFL clearly don't have an issue with him, so why would he not be cleared to play in the APFL?

Ive no issue with it at all...he played last year in another comp so all good....lets just hope there isnt rules for some and not others

Speaking with Kym this morning, he wasn't getting carried away with the win.
The senior departures have hurt the Bombers and AV has added in some better players, so it would be a combination of improvement in AV's personnel and the opposite at Bomberland.
Haven't spoken to Goody yet but they could have been missing a few too, hard to know.
