I hope Katich gets his ton today, it's been a long time coming and he deserves it!

Couple of close calls before, Dravid dropping Katich on 94 iirc. Almost cost himself again; really hope he notches it up though, thoroughly deserves it.

Indians bowling very very defensive
from Aust Cricket scoreboard :"another one left outside off stump, India bowling a boring line here, obviously trying to dry up the runs"

They design pitches to heavily favour themselves at the best of times, they bitch when they don't get everything their own way and when they're challenged they go into their shells instead of fighting back. Pathetic.

How long since the Kat scored a run, seems like about 30 mins

Katich gone for 102, Aust now 3/229, what got into Katich's mind, aggressive to 100 and then put up the shutters which cost him his wicket, was a great ton but his last 40 mins of batting let him down IMHO

Imo that was more due to India putting up the shutters with their trashy wide stuff but yeah, not a good way to go out.

Re: 4th Test: India v Australia at Nagpur
Agree they are bowling trash and very wide of the stumps, Aussies need to get the next 10 runs to avoid the followon and then take a huge chance and go for it, if not this test and the trophy gone, have a few to come that can up the anti in Watson, Haddin and Johnson, just have that feeling if we can get quick runs and close to them that they may well panic and my gut feeling tells me Brett Lee will put in a purler

this is exactly the same as australia bowled against india back in 2004 in sydney when laxman and tendulkar were smashing them to all parts of the scg- i remember brett lee in particular bowling way outside off stump with a 7-2 or 8-1 field
