If he was 2 last year then he would be 1 in 2018. Well, that's how I'd see it.
Also not sure how Shirley has snuck through as 2?
A few A grade games with Salisbury North plus a handful of reserves games with Centrals before transferring in June.
22 years old, I don't see where the concession to 2 is?

Maybe someone out there has the answer but I certainly don't get it. I must be looking at outdated APPS regulations.

OS looks like Baqeri was playing under 18s in 2016 so that may be your answer, should have been zero points last year unless he had been playing A grade somewhere

Na an SANFL U18 is 2 pts if under 19 Dec 31 previous year and he was 19 in 2016
Turns out Shirley is only 18 and the CDFC profile of him is 4 years out haha

Baqeri played 5 reserves in 2015 & 15 under 18s in 2016 so technically has not played MORE THAN 20. not sure what he played in 2014 but was under 16s in 2013
