Agree completely, Id play Boomer for one more, his form is good enough, let alone what he provides off the field.

Petrie, Spud and Dal are done. Obviously the club had to wait to see if they wanted to retire but when push came to shove something had to be announced for the benefit of everyone.

I would have thought with 3 of them going you could afford to give Boomer another year. Considering his while it has been dowm a bit has still been pretty good. When you can still get in the best players I would have thought your still required.

They will cop some flack but realisticly this lot are not premiership material and wont be in the next 12 months. Keep turning them over til you find the right mix.

It is interesting that they didnt ask them to retire rather than just telling them they have to. Im sure petrie and firrito were done anyway, so why not let them call a presser to say they are going to retire at the end of the season?
