The old skill of tap it to your advantage then take possession when you've unbalanced the tackler is a great skill to have in your bag.
The less tackling in the game the better.....just not for the spectators.

That's not far away.
You win the toss and can choose to kick or receive and/or choice of end to kick too.
Captains and coaches will have the ability to drop a red handkerchief when they want a umpires decision reviewed.

These changes sound dangerous, better wear protective padding, maybe even helmets
