It ain't just the buses; poor timetabling is endemic in the entire TrainsAredelayed transport network.
Waiting half an hour at Adelaide for a train that stops at my station - while two earlier services coast straight past it - is now a familiar part of my commute. Little wonder I drive more and more often.
Your commute would give the the irrits more than my commute.
That's an effin long way. Does the South road upgrades help?

Mrs Mc used to catch the train from Mawsons to the city then another to Keswick, could get to the station by 7:50 to still make it to work by around 8:25, very rarely got stuffed around with.
Finished at 5 and would arrive back at Mawson Lakes around 5:35, she now works at Light Square and ends up being on the same train in the afternoon.

Oddly I don't mind the commute by road. It might take a while but is mostly free flowing. The upgrades have improved the passage, although it still gets snarly south of Anzac hwy in the evenings.
I have spent long chunks of my career at Edinburgh; commuting to Mawson Lakes is a doddle.

How many trains do you catch in the morning?
2 trains at either end of the day. One in to Adelaide, one out. At least with the shit connections I have time to grab a coffee in town.
People that park where they are not supposed to. It's bad enough that I have to work Saturdays, but when my designated park is taken it sh1ts me no end.

Especially when your employer makes you pay for said park. God forbid I ever get stuck working a Saturday but my park is in the front row so it'd be a given that someone pinches it on the weekends.

It does.
It's a non issue, however. There are a few spares

The cops rocking up at 6pm on a Saturday for a noise complaint. What an absolute waste of resources.
Tomorrow I’ll be ringing the council to complain that the gutless prick next door has parked his caravan on the footpath and I “can’t walk my dog safely”
