May have been only training but the great man looked far from sharp. If he wasn't captain would be lucky to come on first change. Maybe he is winding down for a shot at the spinners spot.

I think his bowling days are nearly done. Just cant get any zip into the ball after 2 shoulder recons. We are going to have to make 250 every week cos our bowling is fairly pedestrian. Tisdale was at training today but dont know if he is over the yips yet. Hasnt landed one for about 2 years


Saw Browny land a couple at 130 plus....shame it was with the bowling machine.

Waterhouse and Tonkin where good players. Simple reason is we dont pay out any cash but we have a lot of young kids coming thru. Last year in games we had 9 guys under 23 playing a grade at times and all contributed at different times. They just dont have any 'name' yet! A Spot for sibs wuld have to wait til next year we have a good squad this season, will have to wait til next year

Sorry mate, what i meant is $4000 is a good figure for players to coach a club i didnt suggest you did leave for it or was going to.

Excellent training session on Saturday, secured another recruit who will slot in at number 4. A couple of the under 15's from last season have really omproved over the off period and will be right in the mix for an a grade game in round 1. We could do with an offie though.
Apparently we have two more players from another local club that have stated they will be at our training on Thursday, they will make it very interesting if they do attend.

Rosie to beat oth.. Rose&crown will be alot better side this year and think they will finish 3rd or 4th..
lodge to beat angle vale.. browny to make 7o odd..
virginia to beat sals west.. Don't know why but just a gut feeling..
sals nth to beat atco.. Can't see atco winning a game this year, they might get a draw depending on the whether..

:shock: the only thing browny will beat sibb at is a race to the cheese cake shop ;) dont worry browny i would prob be infront of you..
