Over the top wasnt it in parts.
Not being sexist but a woman couldnt do some of those things without being seriously hurt or dying from what they reckon she does!

some of those things a bloke would struggle to do i reckon!
if the script was slightly more believable then it certainly had potential to be a good movie
i think they got a little carried away with it all
still it was good to get lost for 2 hours without worrying about the real world
Salt v Bond - now that would be a good movie

Apparently Tom Cruise was originally meant to play the character but turned it down due to schedules.

the teenager asked me to take him to The Expendables for his pick on how to spend Dad Time.
He agreed with me about 10 mins in that it was like watching a really really really bad video game. Was embarassing watching Sly trying to run, when he's about 74 years old now and ruined by steroids. they had to have all his sequences in slow motion so we couldn't see him limping.
If you have a skol for every bad guy who buys it, you will end up the drunkest person on the planet as the body count is through the ceiling, roof, the atmosphere, the stratosphere and into the great beyond.

REPO MAN
just watched it
was ok in parts so could be in the good movies section, but it was also terrible on other sections
sort of in the middle, perhaps leaning towards the negative side

The Other Guys
Mark Wahlberg should NOT attempt comedy. I like him in Shooter...but this is just terrible. Will Ferrell is pretty ordinary as well. Not a great storyline. A few funny one liners but thats it. Was thinking about walking out of the movies, which ive never done before.

Harsh. His musical career was pretty comedic.

Movie came on Foxtel last night called "Congo" .. I recalled that this film won a Razzy (or equivalent) the year of it's release (1995 I think) so I watched the last hour or so of it.
It was so diabolical it actually kinda became funny .. I rate Laura Linney and Tim Curry at their profession so I was surprised they actually accepted the roles in such an abominable fillum.

Crank-High Voltage. Excellent soundtrack but comfortably one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Howling III: The Marsupials
One of the all-time classic B-grade shockers.
Got everything - werewolf nuns, werewolf babies, even a werewolf birth.
And perhaps the greatest line in movie history...
"My stepfather tried to rape me and he's a werewolf".

Not Spike Lee's finest hour.
Exposition! Exposition! Exposition!
Always dangerous letting a novelist adapt his own screenplay as David Benioff did here.
Edward Norton's bathroom mirror monologue feels like leftovers from
Do the Right Thing.
Terrence Blanchard excruciating score is arguably the worst in film history.
Neck-and-neck with Jonny Greenwood's score for
There Will Be Blood.
Actually no. Greenwood. By a mile.

Day of the Triffods. I watched an hour of it tonight and I can say it is the most pathetic movie I have ever seen. I'd rather be subject to 24 hours of back to back episodes of The Nanny and that is my most hated tv show of all time.
